রাসুলুল্লাহ (সা.) বলেছেন, “আর যখন আমি গুনাহগারদের জন্য সহানুভূতির কথা বলি, তখন তারা আল্লাহর কাছে সৎভাবে প্রার্থনা করতে থাকে।” (বুখারি)
রোগ থেকে মুক্তি পাওয়ার জন্য ইসলামে কিছু কার্যকরী আমল রয়েছে:
- নামাজ: নিয়মিত নামাজ পড়া। এটা শুধুমাত্র আত্মিক প্রশান্তির জন্য নয়, শরীরের জন্যও উপকারী। নিয়মিত সালাত মানসিক চাপ কমাতে সাহায্য করে এবং আল্লাহর কাছে সাহায্য চাওয়ার পথ খুলে দেয়।
- ধুঁক্কা বা “হিকমাত” দোয়া: প্রতিদিন এই দোয়া পাঠ করলে রোগের হাত থেকে মুক্তি পাওয়া সম্ভব:
“আল্লাহুম্মা শাফিনী, আল্লাহুম্মা ইজ্জাল্লা-হুস সাদি” - জিকির: আল্লাহর নামের স্মরণ তথা জিকির রোগ থেকে মুক্তির জন্য অত্যন্ত ফলপ্রসূ। বিশেষ করে, “লা ইলাহা ইল্লাল্লাহু” বেশি বেশি পাঠ করা উচিত।
- সাধারণ শুদ্ধতা এবং সুস্থতা: সুস্থ থাকার জন্য ইসলামী জীবনধারা অনুসরণ করা জরুরি। নিয়মিত গোসল, পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন থাকা এবং উত্তম খাদ্যাভ্যাস পালন করা।
- ইস্তিখারা দোয়া: কোনো কাজের সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার আগে যদি মনে হয় শরীর দুর্বল বা কোনো সমস্যা রয়েছে, তবে ইস্তিখারা দোয়া পাঠ করা উচিত।
- সবরি এবং শোক: রোগ বা বিপদ আসলে ধৈর্য ধারণ করা, আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা রাখা এবং তাঁর সাহায্য চাওয়া।
- মধু: রাসুল (সা.) বলেছেন, “মধু খাওয়া রোগের জন্য এক প্রকার রাহাত।” (বুখারি)
যেকোনো রোগ বা সমস্যা থেকে মুক্তি পাওয়ার জন্য, আল্লাহর প্রতি পূর্ণ বিশ্বাস ও নির্ভরশীলতা রাখতে হবে। সবচেয়ে বড় কথা, রোগ বা দুঃখ-দুর্দশা আল্লাহর প্রেরিত পরীক্ষা হতে পারে, তাই তাঁর প্রতি ধৈর্য ধারণ ও দোয়া করা সবসময় উচিত।
